Inks for this weeks ‘toon. I’m cropping it a bit to fit the space, but I thought the whole drawing was kinda fun. I think I’ll add more antennas to give it more of a “swarm” feeling.
If you’re interested in the process I do the sketch small and submit it for approval. I then redraw the piece on smooth Bristol board using non-photo blue pencil. Then it’s Inks with Micron Pigmas; usually 08, 05 and 03. I’ll post the finish tomorrow along with some comments about how I do colors.
